Born in Lusatia and raised in Baden-Württemberg, I completed my training as a chef in 2009.
My professional career began in Hamburg, where I worked in various kitchens—from Tim Mälzer’s Bullerei to smaller concept restaurants—and quickly took on responsibility as a head chef.
Together with Dirk Neumann, I founded the pop-up project “Das organisierte Kollektiv”, in which an entire cow was processed over six weeks and served in an 8-course menu using seasonal organic products.
In 2017, I moved to Berlin to work at the one-Michelin-star restaurant Bandol sur Mer.
Since 2018, my focus has been on tour and production catering, including for Kraftklub, Fettes Brot, Revolverheld, Wincent Weiss, Feine Sahne Fischfilet, and the Porsche Switzerland Cup.
In 2021, as part of Cuisine sans Frontières, I worked in Thessaloniki, training refugees for entry into the gastronomy sector.
In 2023, I served as culinary director for Die Toten Hosen tour, managing backstage catering.
Since 2023, I have been supporting KultBüro Köln as a freelance production manager in the field of event catering and hospitality.
As part of national and international events, I am operationally involved in the implementation of catering and hospitality processes.
The formats I have supported include, among others, ANUGA, E-World Energy & Water, and the Thessaloniki International Fair 2024.
